Fall Fundraiser Information
THANK YOU BLUE HERON! Blue Heron raised around $20,000 during the 2010 Fall Fundraiser!
If you were unable to pick up your order on November 3rd, they are in the BHE office.
Please carefully check the contents of you order for accuracy within 24 hours.
- If you find any discrepancies, please report these to Customer Care at 1-800-251-1542 Mon.-Fri. from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. or contact gafundraising.com and click on the CONTACT US link or CONTACT GAO box. The email option is open 24 hours but allow up to 48 hours for a reply. Your replacement order will be handled in a timely manner.

Thank you for your support of the Fall Fundraiser. The Fall Fundraiser is our main fundraiser for the school year. The funds raised are used to help support the school and students. Please see the "PTO Accomplishments" under "PTO-Info" on how the funds have been used.
We know that we are in tough times right now - please do not feel like you have to support the fundraiser.
We also understand that you may feel uncomfortable sending your child door to door.
We appreciate any effort you make in regards to the Fall Fundraiser and
understand if you choose not to participate.
Cash donations are acceptable.
No selling required!! If you would prefer your child to not sell fundraising items, they may earn a lucky duck and lanyard by simply completing the Reach Out Booklet sent home with their fundraising packet. Also, all students are winners-a BMX bike show with Matt Wilhelm will be performed in the Spring. Date to be announced.

Dates to Remember:
- September 12th - Kickoff - 2:30pm
- September 13th - Reach Out "Little Booklet" is due (you will receive an automatic special "lucky duck" and prize for filling out the booklet - 10 names) - this is a one time mailing, names and information are not sold or given to anyone else. Please do not order your magazine subscriptions here. Please use the main order form.
Reach Out Booklets can be handed in after the 13th for a regular "lucky duck".
- September 26th - Fundraiser orders and money are due.
- November 3rd - 3:00pm - 7:30pm. Items can be picked up in the cafeteria.
